- Coordinate reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction
- Assist guests with concierge services, including providing local information, amenities, and special requests
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays, billing details, and room assignments
- Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy
