Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Bartender to join our hotel restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service, craft specialty cocktails, and offer expert knowledge of wine pairings to enhance the dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including specialty cocktails.
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Offer recommendations on wine pairings to complement menu selections.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area and lounge..
- Verify deliveries/stock/restock bar area and coolers.
- Process orders efficiently and ensure timely service.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Follow all safety and alcohol service regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Efficient and responsive in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Experience in preparing specialty cocktails and mixology.
- Knowledge of wine pairings and beverage selection.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training or education is a plus.
