Risk Audit Assistant - Leading Homebuilder

A leading homebuilder in Miami, FL is seeking a Risk Audit Assistant for a two-month assignment. In this role, you will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead and team members to source and recruit talent, with a primary focus on IT positions. The recruiter will manage a requisition load of approximately 10-12 roles.

Job Function

• Invoice Coding & Processing: Review, code, and process invoices accurately in accordance with company policies and accounting guidelines.
• Vendor Coordination: Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely processing.
• Requisition & Workload Management: Manage a consistent volume of invoices, maintaining accuracy and efficiency while meeting processing deadlines.
• Systems & Tools Utilization: Use accounting systems and invoice management tools to track, code, and document invoice activity.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with finance, procurement, and other internal teams to ensure proper documentation and smooth payment workflows.
• Process Improvement & Support: Act as a proactive, detail-oriented team player, identifying opportunities to streamline invoice coding and processing procedures.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• 1 year of experience required.
• Experience recruiting IT roles is a major plus.
