Job Function

• Work with a diverse range of clients, from tech startups to Fortune 500 companies.
• Assist with complex accounting and finance projects, including IPO readiness, mergers and acquisitions, and carve-outs.
• Drive process improvements for clients to enhance efficiency and financial performance.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to manage and execute high-profile initiatives.
• Provide strategic insights and advice to clients on financial reporting and operations.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is highly preferred.
• 3-6 years of work experience within audit and accounting.
• Strong proficiency in U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) rules and standards.
