We are seeking a dynamic Client Development Executive to drive new business and expand relationships within our staffing solutions division. This role combines consultative sales with strategic account management.

Job Function

  • Identify and engage prospective clients across target industries.
  • Present staffing solutions and negotiate service agreements.
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to deliver top talent.
  • Track sales metrics and maintain CRM accuracy.
  • Represent the company at networking events and industry functions.


Job Requirements

  • Proven interest or experience in sales, business development, or client services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
