What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Development Executive – Staffing Solutions position at WhiteCap Search?

We are seeking a dynamic Client Development Executive to drive new business and expand relationships within our staffing solutions division. This role combines consultative sales with strategic account management.

Job Function

Identify and engage prospective clients across target industries.
Present staffing solutions and negotiate service agreements.
Collaborate with recruiting teams to deliver top talent.
Track sales metrics and maintain CRM accuracy.
Represent the company at networking events and industry functions.

Job Requirements

Proven interest or experience in sales, business development, or client services.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-starter with strong organizational abilities.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
