Investor Services Associate - Hedge Fund

A $20B multi-strategy hedge fund based in CT is seeking an Investor Services Associate to join its growing team. This role sits within the broader Investor Relations group, supporting both external and internal client reporting as well as investor communications across a range of topics. The Analyst will play a key role in investor servicing operations, ensuring accurate processing of capital activity, seamless system integration, and effective coordination across internal teams and the fund administrator to deliver a high standard of client service.

Job Function

• Support investor servicing operations by reviewing daily and monthly capital activity transaction files prepared by the firm’s third-party fund administrator and ensuring accurate integration into internal systems, including the firm’s CRM and proprietary applications.
• Assist in responding to inquiries and requests from investors, advisors, and consultants, delivering accurate information and maintaining a high standard of client service.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams (Legal, Compliance, P&L Reporting, etc.) and the fund administrator on investor-related workflows such as subscriptions, redemptions, account maintenance, redemption payments, wire reconciliations, and related reporting.
  
  
  

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in investor services or currently in an admin role with similar responsibilities.
• 3 - 10 years of experience in buyside compliance.
• Strong understanding of trading operations and post‑trade processing.
