A Kforce client is looking for (2) Risk Audit Assistants in the Miami area for an on-site role. Summary: The Risk Audit Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Risk Management team. This role focuses on document handling, organization, tracking, and communication related to legal and claim matters. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage sensitive information while supporting multiple projects and stakeholders. Responsibilities include locating and organizing legal and claim-related documents from both digital and physical sources, maintaining accurate case files and documentation logs, identifying missing information, and coordinating with various departments to resolve documentation needs. This role also manages incoming and outgoing communications, prioritizes tasks in a fast-paced environment, and supports overall risk and audit operations.

Requirements
- High School diploma required; some college coursework or completion of a Legal Assistant Studies program preferred
- 1-2 years of experience as a legal assistant or in risk management, compliance, audit, insurance, or a related administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently or as part of a team
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion
- Familiarity with risk management tools or systems (e.g., Legal Tracker, iManage) is a plus
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
