- Manage and monitor a shared HR inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses to employee inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal HR stakeholders to route requests and follow up on outstanding items.
- Provide administrative support for core HR operations, including documentation, filing, and record maintenance.
- Assist employees with general HR-related questions and direct them to appropriate resources.
- Support HR processes during a system transition, including updating and organizing workflows.
- Help create and document HR procedures to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive employee information.

- 3 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role.
- Experience managing a shared inbox and handling high-volume requests.
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables.
- Experience with HR systems, ideally UKG (Paycom exposure is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience creating SOPs or documenting processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Background in HR or legal assistant roles preferred.
- Experience with DocuSign and Canva is a plus.
