- Support institutional client relationships by responding to inquiries and assisting with investor communications.
- Prepare and maintain investor materials, including performance reports, presentations, and due diligence responses.
- Monitor private credit portfolios, including tracking performance, covenants, and key risk metrics.
- Translate investment activity and credit developments into clear, client-ready summaries.
- Coordinate across investment, legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure accurate reporting and execution.
- Oversee operational processes such as cash flow tracking, trade settlement, and data reconciliation.
- Assist with fundraising efforts, including RFPs, DDQs, and preparation for client meetings and calls.
- 3–8 years of client reporting experience coming from Private Credit.
- Strong understanding of:
- Credit products (direct lending, structured credit, asset-based finance).
- Fund structures and reporting.
- Advanced Excel and familiarity with financial systems (e.g., Investran, Geneva, or similar).
