Our client is a specialized asset manager focusing on real assets and income-oriented strategies, delivering solutions across public and private markets. The firm is known for its research-driven approach serving a global client base of institutional and individual investors.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the regulatory and contractual reporting for institutional clients and shareholders
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of customized client reports
- Maintain and update reporting templates and schedules as needed
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all reporting deliverables including fund factsheets
- Collaborate across teams to update data, disclosures, and messaging into recurring materials
- Assist in the creation, verification, and distribution of standardized and customized reporting packages and marketing materials
- Support the onboarding of new accounts and funds
- Support the execution of ad-hoc reporting requests
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or business
- 1-3 years of experience in financial reporting, operations, or client service within asset management or financial services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with reporting tools or data visualization platforms
- Experience with Vermilion Reporting Suite a plus
- Understanding of global institutional client reporting and marketing materials
