Key Responsibilities as a Dispatcher:

• Optimize Routes: Plan and manage efficient routes to ensure prompt passenger pickups
• Coordinate Schedules: Oversee and adjust driver schedules in real time
• Customer Support: Resolve transportation issues and respond to inquiries with professionalism
• Driver Assistance: Guide drivers through route adjustments for maximum efficiency
• Effective Communication: Manage inbound/outbound calls with clarity and courtesy
• Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service throughout each interaction

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2 years of call center or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or transportation is a plus
