About the Role:
This isn’t your typical cashier job. As a Transportation Accounts Clerk at zTrip, you’ll be a key player in managing cash flow, supporting administrative duties, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll collaborate with drivers, office staff, and management, helping create an organized and customer-focused work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, count, and reconcile daily driver payments and deposits
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and receipts
- Process cash and credit card payments securely
- Prepare daily financial summaries and help balance cash drawers
- Manage driver account records and payment settlements
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience handling cash in a cashier, retail, or office setting
- Comfortable with Excel and other computer-based systems
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Trustworthy, reliable, and highly organized
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
