Transportation Dispatcher – Evening & Weekend Shift
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Schedule:
- Weekdays: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Saturday: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Sunday: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM

We’re looking for a Dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and is ready to take control of a critical communications role within our fleet operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Dispatch drivers to service calls using GPS and dispatch software
- Monitor the status and location of vehicles to ensure efficient routing
- Coordinate with drivers to handle schedule changes and service issues
- Provide exceptional customer service over phone and radio
- Maintain accurate logs and records of calls and dispatch activities
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in dispatch, transportation, or logistics preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Familiarity with dispatch software or GPS tracking systems a plus
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends
