Whatcom County’s Administrative Services Facilities Management division is recruiting for the position of Facilities Supervisor. The Facilities Supervisor is a critical member of our leadership team, overseeing and performing tasks related to maintenance, construction and repair of facilities, grounds, operating systems and equipment.
Key duties include:
Supervising a crew of maintenance and construction staff;
Managing demanding maintenance programs and construction projects;
Promoting and supporting the mission of the Department;
Assisting the Facilities Management in project planning, scoping and scheduling staff and materials.

Supervisor: Associate Manager - Facilities
Hours of Work: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Monday - Friday
Salary Range: $6,410 - $9,308 - Unrepresented- Range 7Requires an Associate’s Degree AND at least two (2) years of lead or supervisory experience AND one or more of the following:
- five (5) years journeyman level construction trades experience;
- five (5) years project management or foreman experience in construction industry;
- five (5) years experience in facility and grounds maintenance.
