Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an HVAC Coordinator. The HVAC Coordinator will oversee and organize HVAC projects, schedule maintenance, and ensure efficient workflow. Daily tasks include managing client communication, coordinating service technicians, tracking project timelines, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and maintaining accurate records of service and installation work.
Qualifications
- Project management and organizational skills for tracking schedules, timelines, and resources effectively
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and operational knowledge, including coordination of installations and maintenance
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication for interacting with clients and team members effectively
- Technical proficiency in using software for work scheduling and record maintenance
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking capabilities
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and ensure excellent service delivery
- Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance with regulations in the HVAC industry
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in HVAC systems or project management is a plus
