Role Description
We are seeking a Funder for a full-time, on-site role at our Irvine, CA office. As a Funder, you will be responsible for reviewing loan documents, verifying compliance with all regulatory and company policies, and ensuring timely and accurate funding. Your daily tasks will include collaborating with the processing and underwriting teams, reviewing borrower accounts, preparing funding packages, and addressing any discrepancies to ensure smooth loan fundings. This role requires strong attention to detail and effective communication skills to maintain high standards of service and compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience in loan funding, mortgage documents review, or related financial processes
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities with team members and cross-functional units
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and mortgage industry guidelines
- Proficiency in using loan processing systems and software
- Ability to work on-site in Irvine, CA and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
