Key Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, bill entry, and payment posting.

- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and vendor accounts as needed.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports or summaries as requested.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve billing or payment inquiries.
- Assist with data entry, expense tracking, and general ledger updates.
