Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House (FOH) Restaurant Manager to join our Task Force team in Harbor Springs, MI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all front of house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a team to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily front of house operations including host, servers, bartenders, and bussers.
- Lead, train, and motivate FOH staff to maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality.
- Ensure smooth and efficient seating, order taking, and service flow to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and front of house stations.
- Assist with scheduling, payroll, and inventory management as needed.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve service quality.
- Support special events and promotions as part of the task force initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or similar role in the restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a task force team.
