B404 Restaurant & Bar is seeking a hands-on Front of House Manager to help lead daily operations, oversee the bar and dining room, ensure excellent guest service, and keep service running smoothly during peak hours.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing front of house operations and the bar
- Lead by example on the floor during busy service
- Support guest flow and resolve guest concerns
- Coach and assist front of house team members
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and service standards
Requirements:
- Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure
This is a working management position - you'll be actively involved on the floor, supporting the team and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Pay starts at $17.00 per hour
Average hours per week: 20-28 hours per week (You may work other positions to increase hours)
