Hilton Pep is seeking a professional and customer-focused Traveling Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role involves providing exceptional guest service while managing front desk operations at various Hilton properties. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, friendly, and efficient in handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries.
Responsibilities- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to Hilton brand standards and policies at all times.
- Travel and adapt to different Hilton properties as assigned.
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to travel and work at different hotel locations as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional hospitality training is a plus.
