Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Scrum or Agile. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Scrum Master challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Responsibilities:
• Lead all Scrum ceremonies:
o Sprint Planning
o Quarterly planning
o Daily Stand ups (Daily Scrum)
o Sprint Review (Demo)
o Sprint Retrospective
o Resource capacity tracking and forecast
• Ensure adherence to Scrum framework and Agile principles
• Facilitate backlog refinement (grooming) with Product Owners
• Support empirical process control (inspect and adapt)
• Manage sprint execution and track progress against goals
• Monitor delivery using Agile metrics:
o Velocity
o Sprint burndown/burnup
o Cycle time / throughput
• Identify and remove team impediments and blockers
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and risks
• Technical Enablement:
o Understand system architecture, APIs, integrations, and dependencies
o Help teams assess technical feasibility and complexity during planning
• Assist with identifying and managing:
o Technical debt
o Environment and infrastructure issues
o Release and deployment risks
o Software/Hardware End of Life management
o Vulnerability Management effort tracking and prioritization
• Partner with Product Owners on backlog prioritization
• Engage engineering leads and architects on delivery risks
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership
• Shield the team from distractions and unplanned work
• Coach teams on Agile and Scrum practices
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives
• Promote self-organization and accountability within teams

Required Qualifications:
Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
5 years of Scrum or Agile experience
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent
Experience with enterprise platforms (cloud, data platforms, DevOps environments)
Prior engineering, QA, or development background
Experience in large-scale enterprise or multi-team delivery environments
