Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Workday HCM Analyst to join the Core HCM Workday Product Team. This individual will serve as a key partner to business stakeholders, product leaders, and technical teams to support the ongoing enhancement and optimization of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) platform.
The ideal candidate will possess strong functional Workday expertise, exceptional communication skills, and experience working in large enterprise environments. This role will be responsible for gathering and refining business requirements, configuring Workday solutions, supporting development efforts, and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure successful product releases.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business and product stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements.
Translate business needs into scalable Workday HCM solutions.
Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM business processes and functionality.
Support system enhancements, releases, and ongoing platform improvements.
Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business requirements before deployment.
Troubleshoot system issues and recommend process improvements.
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data flows, and system dependencies.
Provide functional expertise and guidance to stakeholders, including executive-level employees.
Document business requirements, configuration decisions, test plans, and release activities.
Ensure adherence to Workday best practices and governance standards.
Qualifications:
Hands-on experience supporting Workday HCM in an Analyst, Senior Analyst, or Lead role.
Strong experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
Hands-on experience configuring Workday HCM and supporting system enhancements.
Experience planning, executing, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Deep understanding of the Workday Business Process Framework.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
Experience working in a fast-paced enterprise environment with cross-functional teams.

Experience supporting or partnering on Workday integrations.
Current or prior Workday Certification.
Experience supporting Workday environments within large, complex organizations.
