Responsibilities:
- Lead all Scrum ceremonies:
- Sprint Planning
- Quarterly planning
- Daily Stand ups (Daily Scrum)
- Sprint Review (Demo)
- Sprint Retrospective
- Resource capacity tracking and forecast
- Ensure adherence to Scrum framework and Agile principles
- Facilitate backlog refinement (grooming) with Product Owners
- Support empirical process control (inspect and adapt)
- Manage sprint execution and track progress against goals
- Monitor delivery using Agile metrics:
- Velocity
- Sprint burndown/burnup
- Cycle time / throughput
- Identify and remove team impediments and blockers
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and risks
- Technical Enablement:
- Understand system architecture, APIs, integrations, and dependencies
- Help teams assess technical feasibility and complexity during planning
- Assist with identifying and managing:
- Technical debt
- Environment and infrastructure issues
- Release and deployment risks
- Software/Hardware End of Life management
- Vulnerability Management effort tracking and prioritization
- Partner with Product Owners on backlog prioritization
- Engage engineering leads and architects on delivery risks
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership
- Shield the team from distractions and unplanned work
- Coach teams on Agile and Scrum practices
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives
- Promote self-organization and accountability within teams

- Definition of Ready (DoR) / Definition of Done (DoD)
- Story sizing (Planning Poker, Fibonacci estimation)
- Incremental and iterative delivery
- Agile SDLC workflow

- 5 years of Scrum or Agile experience
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent
- Experience with enterprise platforms (cloud, data platforms, DevOps environments)
- Prior engineering, QA, or development background
- Experience in large-scale enterprise or multi-team delivery environments
