Summary:
Wells Fargo is seeking a hands-on Data Management / Operations Analyst to support enterprise-level operational workflows related to client data, hierarchy management, and queue-based production tasks. This role is execution-focused, requiring strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently through repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency.
The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating large sets of client or corporate structure data, performing research as needed, and resolving production issues in a fast‑paced environment. This is not a strategic or supervisory role—success comes from taking action, working through assigned items, and maintaining high-quality operational output.
Responsibilities:
Process and resolve items in operational queues with accuracy and timeliness
Review, validate, and update client and hierarchy data
Perform research to support data verification and issue resolution
Execute repetitive operations tasks with consistency
Support production activities and escalate issues when appropriate
Collaborate with partners across Data, Operations, and Compliance teams
Qualifications:

Experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, Project Management, or a related operational function.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, positive attitude
Solid problem‑solving skills
Ability to understand and work with client data and hierarchy structures
Enterprise operations experience, including comfort with repetitive, process‑driven tasks
Experience in production support or queue‑based operational environments
Strong internet research capabilities
Banking operations experience (preferred)
Basic SQL knowledge (preferred)
Familiarity with: KYC/AML, BSA, and Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
Detail-oriented and reliable
Comfortable with clear, repetitive, task-driven work
Strong learner with ability to understand data structures
Thrive in a production-focused environment
