Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Loan IQ Payments Support Analyst to support the Payments workstream within Loan IQ. This role focuses on production support for payment issues—and requires strong hands-on Loan IQ knowledge, the ability to trace funds movement, and experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Provide production support for Loan IQ payments when issues arise.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to open cash flows, whips, and other Loan IQ payment functions.
Use SQL to query databases, source transaction data, and trace the movement of funds across systems.
Collaborate daily with the global Payments team and serve as the US point of contact for escalations and coverage.
Support Agile ceremonies and workflows, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Track work in Jira, ensuring accurate documentation of stories, defects, and tasks.
Prepare and deliver concise presentations to stakeholders and leaders using a 4‑slide PowerPoint template.
Assist in testing activities within Loan IQ (functional or support-based testing).
Use AI tools (including CoPilot) to draft user stories, compare workflows, and accelerate team efficiency.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, partners, and technical teams.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Hands-on experience working with Loan IQ, particularly with loan operations and payment processing.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot Loan IQ cash flows/open items (whips).
Experience supporting production incidents and payment workflows.
Strong understanding of financial products, loan servicing, and the payment lifecycle.
Working knowledge of SQL (querying, tracing data across tables).
Exposure to Agile delivery practices.
Experience working in Jira for story/defect tracking.
Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize issues clearly.
Ability to present to leadership using standardized PowerPoint templates. (preferred)
Fast learner with strong teamwork and problem‑solving skills. (preferred)
Experience using AI tools (e.g., CoPilot) to support documentation and analysis. (preferred)
SQL‑based testing experience.
