Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
The Lead Data Risk Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the upcoming project performed by the Transactional Risk & Intelligence Group (TRIG). This position requires a highly motivated individual who can quickly assimilate complex processes, lead team members effectively, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Rapidly learn and adapt to internal processes and workflows.
• Conduct thorough reviews of cases to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Deliver constructive feedback to peers and stakeholders to drive performance and process enhancements.
• Demonstrate proficiency in risk management practices, with a strong emphasis on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance and controls.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in business execution, risk management, or related fields.
Strong understanding of AML frameworks and regulatory expectations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
