What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney position at Wegman Partners?
We are working with our client, a global law firm, with a search for an Associate Attorney to join their insurance litigation practice in Atlanta, GA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent and provide legal advice international and domestic insurers with professional liability, cyber-risk, media, and commercial general liability policies
- Draft and review pleadings, memos, briefs, discovery, motions, and other legal correspondence
- Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations
- Analyze insurance policies, draft coverage opinions, and provide coverage advice
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in GA
- 4 years of third-party insurance coverage litigation experience
- Must have experience in professional liability
- Experience with D&O and/or cyber-risk and media policies a plus
Salary : $155,000 - $240,000
