A growing plaintiffs’ firm in Acworth, GA seeks a Personal Injury & Product Liability Associate. Work closely with senior attorneys, build litigation skills, handle meaningful client matters, and advance quickly in a supportive environment dedicated to professional development.

We have immense growth opportunity for new or fairly new associates and we are willing to train attorneys who have PI experience. They need to know how to draft and respond to discovery, conduct depositions and draft complaints.

A rapidly expanding plaintiffs-focused law firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join its Acworth office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with a strong foundation in personal injury or product liability work who is eager to gain hands-on litigation experience, collaborate with senior trial lawyers, and build a long-term career within a supportive, client-centered practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research to support case investigation and litigation strategy

• Draft, review, and revise pleadings, complaints, motions, and other filings

• Assist senior attorneys on complex injury and liability matters

• Manage case files, maintain accurate documentation, and track case progress

• Communicate with clients to provide updates and explain legal processes

• Participate in discovery, including drafting and responding to requests

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school

• Licensed to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction

• Strong legal research experience and proficiency with research tools

• Excellent writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team

• Negotiation skills and a client-focused approach

• Prior personal injury experience strongly preferred
