Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (2-3 Years Experience)
Location: Woodstock, Georgia In-office only (no remote work)

What You'll Do:
- Manage 50 personal injury litigation cases from start to finish in the areas of motor vehicle collisions, trucking cases, motorcycle wrecks, premises liability cases, etc.
- Strategize cases with your litigation paralegal to ensure successful results.
- Roundtable litigation cases & report to the senior attorney and collaborate with the legal team.
- Evaluate personal injury claims, providing expert legal advice to clients
- Communicate effectively with Clients and provide the best customer service experience possible.
- Draft, review, and modify pleadings, discovery responses, motions, demand letters, jury charges, exhibits, and more…
- Gather and assess evidence, working closely with clients, medical providers, expert witnesses, and insurance adjusters.
- Negotiate settlements in the best interest of the client.

- Trial Work when required, specifically Magistrate and State Court trials.
Who You Are:

- Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the Bar.
