Responsibilities
- Develop and implement programs and initiatives that promote student engagement, character development, and a positive school climate.
- Serve as a key resource for students, addressing their academic, social, and emotional needs through counseling and support services.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and enforce school policies and procedures related to student behavior and discipline.
- Monitor student attendance and performance, identifying at-risk students and implementing intervention strategies as needed.
- Facilitate communication between students, parents, and educators to ensure a supportive and inclusive school environment.
- Organize and oversee extracurricular activities, clubs, and events that enhance student involvement and community engagement.
- Conduct regular meetings with faculty to discuss student progress, behavioral issues, and strategies for improvement.
- Mediate conflicts among students and provide conflict resolution strategies to promote a peaceful school environment.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification and administrative credential preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience in an educational setting, with a focus on student services or administration.
- Strong understanding of child development, student behavior, and effective discipline strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with students, families, and staff.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
