Responsibilities

- Manage food inventory, including ordering, receiving, and storage of food and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal food safety regulations and standards.
- Supervise and train food service staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor and maintain food service equipment and facilities to ensure they are clean and in good working order.
- Maintain accurate records of food production, inventory, and financial transactions.

Requirements
- High school diploma
- Experience in food service management, preferably in a school or institutional setting.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and food service management software.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
- Certification in food safety and sanitation (e.g., ServSafe) preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and meet any other requirements set forth by the school district.
