JOB TITLE: Senior Commercial Project Manager
LOCATION: Atlanta, GA
SALARY: $140,000 – $185,000 Benefits Bonus Potential

Known for delivering high-quality projects across sectors including healthcare, education, retail, industrial, corporate interiors, and mixed-use developments, they are seeking a Senior Commercial Project Manager to join their growing Atlanta team.
Position Overview
The Senior Commercial Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will lead project teams, manage client relationships, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
• Lead project teams including Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and consultants
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project documentation
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and performance management
• Monitor project financial performance, including cost control, change orders, and monthly reporting
• Identify and mitigate project risks while implementing effective solutions
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Support business development efforts and help maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
• 8 years of experience managing commercial construction projects
• Proven experience delivering projects within sectors such as healthcare, education, industrial, retail, office, multifamily, or mixed-use construction
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls
• Experience managing multiple projects and project teams simultaneously
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar construction management software
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills
• Strong understanding of contract administration, risk management, and project financials
• Atlanta market experience and established industry relationships are a plus
