Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership
Full-Time | Meriden, CT (On-Site)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Salary: $95,000 – $150,000
Our client is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior executive leadership. This is a key position within a fast-paced, high-performing organization, requiring exceptional discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling, and high-volume communications.
- Serve as a trusted liaison, helping prioritize competing demands and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Handle highly confidential business and personal information with the utmost discretion.
- Anticipate executive needs, proactively address challenges, and drive follow-through on critical initiatives.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain reports, presentations, correspondence, and filing systems.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and other executive logistics.
- Support special projects and administrative initiatives as assigned.
- Provide guidance and support to administrative team members when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Paralegal experience or legal administrative background strongly preferred.
- Proven experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership teams.
- Demonstrated career stability and professional longevity.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
