Project Manager – Retail & QSR Development

📍 Weymouth, MA

We’re partnering with a highly respected, privately-owned construction and program management consultancy to appoint an experienced Project Manager to support their continued growth across retail and quick-service restaurant (QSR) programs.

This organization has built a strong reputation delivering multi-site rollouts, fast-paced store development, and complex commercial construction projects for major national brands. Their integrated model spans architecture, construction, survey, and program management, enabling them to deliver projects faster, smarter, and more cost-effectively.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of end-to-end project delivery across multiple sites, working closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

This is a fast-paced environment suited to someone who thrives in high-volume rollouts and tight deadlines, particularly within QSR and retail fit-out / new build programs

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent retail / QSR projects from inception to completion
• Coordinate design, pre-construction, procurement, and build phases
• Drive program timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Act as the key client interface, ensuring strong stakeholder alignment
• Lead site teams and subcontractors across geographically dispersed locations
• Identify and mitigate risks across high-volume rollout programs
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety and regulatory requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within retail and/or QSR construction
• Strong background delivering multi-site rollouts or national programs
• Experience working on fast-paced store openings, refurbishments, or expansions
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong commercial awareness and cost control experience
• Willingness to travel as required
