A leading, well-established General Contractor in Ohio is looking to hire a Project Executive to support continued growth across Columbus and the surrounding region. This is a key leadership role overseeing major commercial, multifamily, and civil construction projects.
You’ll be responsible for driving project success from a high level, managing teams, client relationships, and overall delivery across multiple projects. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into a senior leadership position with a company that has a strong pipeline and long-term stability.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee multiple construction projects from preconstruction through completion
- Lead and support Project Managers and site teams to ensure successful delivery
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact
- Monitor budgets, schedules, and overall project performance
- Drive strategy across projects, including staffing, planning, and execution
- Support business development, including proposals and client meetings
- Ensure quality, safety, and operational standards are consistently met
What We’re Looking For
- 10 years of experience in construction, with a strong track record in commercial, multifamily, or civil projects
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and leading teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
- Experience working for a General Contractor
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project risk at a high level
