Construction Project Manager
Full-Time | On-Site | Commercial Construction
Our client, a well-established and rapidly growing commercial contractor in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead ground-up, renovation, and tenant improvement projects across Northeast Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven PM looking to oversee impactful projects, work closely with owners and architects, and join a team with strong project pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop project schedules, budgets, buyout packages, and procurement plans
- Lead subcontractor coordination, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and site progress tracking
- Conduct weekly meetings with clients, architects, and field teams
- Ensure safety compliance, quality control, and adherence to project timelines
- Prepare project documentation, cost forecasting, monthly reporting, and closeout packages
Requirements
- 3–10 years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Strong background in ground-up, renovation, or tenant improvement projects
- Proficient with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with owners & subcontractors
- Strong budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and problem-solving skills
- Local to the Cleveland / Northeast Ohio area
