Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced and highly organized Property Manager to join their expanding team.
The Role
As Property Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of residential properties, acting as the primary point of contact for landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will ensure properties are maintained to a high standard, tenancy issues are handled efficiently, and compliance obligations are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties on behalf of landlords and investors
- Acting as the main point of contact for tenants, landlords, and contractors
- Coordinating maintenance works, repairs, and contractor attendance
- Conducting property inspections and ensuring properties remain compliant
- Managing tenancy renewals, deposits, and move-in/move-out processes
- Ensuring compliance with current lettings and property legislation
- Handling tenant queries, disputes, and escalations professionally
- Liaising with utility providers, local authorities, and third-party suppliers
- Monitoring rent payments and supporting arrears management where required
- Maintaining accurate property records and CRM systems
- Supporting the wider lettings and operations teams where necessary
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in residential property management or lettings
- Strong understanding of US property legislation and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple properties effectively
- Confident dealing with contractors, landlords, and tenants
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
- ARLA, NFOPP, or relevant industry qualifications desirable but not essential
