What You Will Be Doing
You will hold ultimate responsibility for the lifecycle execution and safety metrics of your assigned commercial and industrial projects:
Site Operations Command: Coordinate complex daily operations across multiple active regional jobsites to enforce strict timeline delivery and project budget retention.
Workforce Scheduling: Strategically schedule and supervise in-house craft labor forces alongside specialized subcontractors for seamless, multi-trade project execution.
Supply Chain Optimization: Manage material procurement pipelines efficiently to eliminate jobsite staging delays and maintain continuous field workflows.
Milestone Alignment: Author agendas and lead weekly jobsite coordination meetings to evaluate structural progress, review submittals, and align strategic project milestones.
Preconstruction Collaboration: Partner directly with the internal estimating department, injecting critical field insights, real-time material logistics, and accurate labor takeoffs into incoming bids.
Stakeholder Stewardship: Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for business owners, corporate clients, municipal inspectors, and on-site field personnel.
What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)
Commercial Expertise: Proven background successfully managing commercial or industrial general construction developments.
Document Mastery: Elite proficiency in reading, interpreting, and translating complex architectural blueprints, structural drawings, and MEP schematics.
Field Leadership: Direct, hands-on field experience leading construction crews, field superintendents, or trade teams on active sites.
Mobility: Willingness to travel up to 50% of working hours to various regional project assignments throughout Western Pennsylvania.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills necessary to coordinate effortlessly between executive owners, subcontractors, and laborers.
Preferred Background:
Minimum of 5 years of dedicated project management experience within general contracting.
