What You’ll Do
- Manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Coordinate with field leadership to resolve labor, material, and schedule issues
- Act as the primary liaison with general contractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Ensure work meets project specifications, industry standards, and quality expectations
- Prepare and manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and schedules of values
- Track project progress, budgets, and contractual responsibilities
- Participate in job site meetings and coordinate with other trades
- Construction project management experience required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; project management software experience preferred
- Stable organization with a strong backlog of work
- Exposure to diverse projects across New England
