Assignment Details
Schedule: Monday - Saturday with Rotating Shifts
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 9:00 AM - 6:00PM, 11:00 AM - 8:00PM , Saturday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Weekend Availability Required)

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat work‑related injuries
- Perform employer‑based physicals, including:
- Pre‑placement exams
- DOT physicals
- Public safety exams
- Surveillance physicals
- Evaluate and treat urgent care walk‑ins
- Perform in‑office procedures
- Communicate with employers and provide appropriate medical guidance
- Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Deliver care that is welcoming, skillful, and respectful
- Physician, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner
- Board certified or board eligible in primary care or a related field
- Ability to practice autonomously
- Proficiency with office-based procedures
- At least 1 year of office-based procedural experience preferred
- Occupational medicine experience highly desired
- Urgent care experience preferred
- Comfortable working independently in an outpatient setting
- Experienced in both occupational health and urgent care workflows
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Able to manage both scheduled and walk-in patient volume efficiently
Salary : $92 - $135
