Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage workers' compensation matters from inception through trial or resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, and client reports
• Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
• Negotiate settlements and develop litigation strategy
• Communicate directly with clients and claims professionals
Core Requirements
• Florida Bar admission
• 3 years of dedicated Workers' Compensation litigation experience
• Insurance defense and/or workers' compensation background
• Strong writing, advocacy, and organizational skills
• Ability to independently manage a caseload
