The Role 💼

• Provide legal counsel on Corporate Transactions: Take point and assist on Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint ventures, and Corporate governance matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of Commercial Agreements: Produce and review documents such as NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
• Conduct due diligence and assist with Corporate Document Matters: Perform diligence on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex business deals.
• Advise clients on Compliance: Keep in check and up to date with Federal and State Corporate laws and regulatory requirements
