What You'll Be Doing
• Advise clients on sophisticated estate planning and wealth transfer strategies
• Handle estate and trust administration matters
• Counsel fiduciaries, trustees, and family representatives
• Draft complex trusts, wills, and related estate planning documents
• Collaborate with clients, accountants, financial advisors, and other professionals
Core Requirements
• Strong background in estate planning, estate and gift taxation, and trust administration
• Florida Bar admission or willingness to become admitted
• Strong academic credentials from a reputable law school
Preferred Background
• LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning
• Experience advising high-net-worth individuals and families
• Experience with sophisticated tax and succession planning matters
