Location/Schedule: Miami, FL (Hybrid with flexibility based on experience)
Base Salary: Up to $200k (plus significant billable-hour bonuses)
Practice: Insurance Coverage – Complex coverage opinions, declaratory judgment actions, bad faith litigation, and high-exposure claims for insurers and reinsurers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex insurance and reinsurance policies and prepare detailed coverage opinions and reservation of rights letters.
- Handle declaratory judgment actions and bad faith litigation involving high-exposure and complex claims.
- Manage cases from initial analysis through discovery, motion practice, and resolution.
- Collaborate with clients and senior attorneys on strategic coverage advice and litigation strategy.
- Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings as needed.
Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):
- JD and active FL bar (multi-jurisdictional experience a plus).
- 3–7 years of insurance coverage or complex insurance litigation experience with strong analytical and writing skills.
