Location/Schedule: Miami, FL (Hybrid)
Base Salary: Up to $135k (plus performance incentives)
Practice: Insurance Defense – General liability, premises liability, auto, and complex casualty defense for insurers and corporate clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support senior attorneys in defending insureds in general liability, premises liability, auto, and complex casualty matters.
- Assist with discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Prepare for and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
- Collaborate with the team on case strategy and resolution.
Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):
- JD and active FL bar.
- 1–4 years of insurance defense or complex civil litigation experience (junior level encouraged).
