Location/Schedule: Newark, NJ (Hybrid)
Base Salary: Up to $230k (plus performance bonuses)
Practice: Complex Civil & Commercial Litigation – Business disputes, contract litigation, shareholder actions, professional liability, and high-stakes commercial matters.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage complex civil and commercial litigation matters from pleadings through discovery, motion practice, and trial.
- Conduct depositions, prepare witnesses, and handle all aspects of case strategy and development.
- Draft high-quality pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents.
- Collaborate closely with partners and clients on case strategy, risk assessment, and resolution.
- Take real ownership of files with increasing responsibility and visibility as you progress.
Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):
- JD and active NJ bar (NY bar a plus).
- 5–9 years of complex civil or commercial litigation experience.
- Strong writing and advocacy skills with a desire for trial or arbitration experience.
