Role: Plaintiff Associate Attorney

The Role
- You’ll own high-value PI files from intake through resolution:
- Run cases from pleadings through trial (with first- and second-chair opportunities depending on experience).
- Lead written discovery, depositions (plaintiffs, defendants, experts), mediation, and trial prep.
- Develop case themes, build damages models, and push liability/causation narratives that move the needle.
- Collaborate closely with a trial-oriented leadership team that is happy to strategize on tough files.
Compensation & Structure
- Base salary: $100k–$200k (flexible to ~$225k–$250k, and up to $300k for exceptional trial talent).
- Commission: 5% on your settlements.
- Benefits: Medical, dental, 401(k); additional perks and enhancements in progress.
- Realistic total comp for strong performers is well into the mid- to high-six figures.
Location & Set-Up
Office: Seattle, Washington, United States
Schedule: Predominantly on-site, with some flexibility for strong candidates once established in the role.
Ideal Candidate
- Seattle, Washington, United States-licensed plaintiff PI attorney with 3 years of experience.
- Comfortable running a litigation docket and pushing files toward trial, not just settlement.
- Solid deposition and mediation skills; trial experience (or clear trial appetite) strongly preferred.
- “Builder” mindset—excited to help shape processes and contribute to the firm’s continued growth.
