Lead and negotiate sophisticated commercial leases while advising landlords, developers, retailers and tenants across complex real estate matters.
You'll have the autonomy to manage matters independently, build direct client relationships and work alongside experienced real estate attorneys on high-value transactions.
🎯 Background
- 4 years of commercial real estate experience
- Strong office and/or retail leasing background
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and client-management skills
