Location/Schedule: Boston, MA (Hybrid)
Base Salary: Up to $185k (plus performance incentives)
Practice: Insurance Defense – General liability, premises liability, auto, and complex casualty defense for insurers and corporate clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Defend insureds in general liability, premises liability, auto, and complex casualty matters.
- Manage cases from discovery through depositions, motion practice, and trial.
- Prepare for and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances.
- Collaborate closely with clients and partners on defense strategy and resolution.
- Take increasing ownership of files with meaningful responsibility and mentorship from senior attorneys.
Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):
- JD and active CT bar (multi-jurisdictional a plus).
- 3–7 years of insurance defense or complex civil litigation experience.
- Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
