The Opportunity
- Advise insurers on complex coverage issues across a broad range of liability claims.
- Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights and disclaimer letters.
- Handle declaratory judgment actions and insurance coverage litigation.
- Work directly with clients and partners on high-exposure, complex matters.
- Manage files from inception through resolution with significant autonomy.
